Robert C. Huisman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 28, 2025, at the age of 75, Robert C. Huisman of Manteno, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert C. Huisman to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Paula Huisman; his parents, Robert Huisman and Christine Huisman; his in-laws, Henry and Betty Miarecki; his sisters-in-law, Karen Miarecki and Jackie Fry; and his sibling's children, Brad Fry, Steve Anderson and Kimberly Huisman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Huisman (Sharon), Sherry Huisman, Denis Huisman and Tim Huisman; his brother-in-law John Miarecki; and his godsons, Charles Huisman, Sr. (Jamie) and Drew Huisman (late Kim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and many many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Smits Funeral Home (2121 Pleasant Springs Ln, Dyer, IN 46311). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
