He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Pucek, Sr. and Mary Pucek; and his siblings, Alan Pucek, Audrey Regnier (Pucek) and Kim Pucek.
He is survived by: his in-laws, Theresa (Pucek), Alan Karpel of Chicago, Illinois, Diana Benoit (Pucek) of Bourbonnais, Illinois and Lora Lanning (Pucek) of Sheridan, Montana. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
