He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Pignatiello and Miriam Hawkins Pignatiello; his sisters, Sandra (Dan Williams) and Daryl Widdowson; and his nephew Jimmy Williams.

He is survived by: his sisters, Deborah Widdowson of Manteno and Bonnie Leer (Bill) of Manteno; and his nieces and nephews, Angela Widdowson, Gabrielle Leer, Jeremy Leer, Dan Williams Jr. and Joey Williams.
