He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Kelley and Andrea Kelley (D'Antonio); his wife Leslie Kelley; and his brother-in-law Anthony Casto. He is survived by: his sister Linda Casto of Alsip; his siblings-in-law, Lorin Smith of Manteno, Burnell Charles of Manteno, Lisa Zeimetz (Frank) of Lake Village, IN and Lia Meyers of Watseka; his uncle Paul Schultz of Manteno; and his niece Autumn Meyers.
