He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Mask and Myrtle Da Mask; his wife Marie Da Mask; his son Robert Da Mask; and his siblings, Laverne Da Mask and Leroy Da Mask.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Elkin (Thomas), Lloyd Da Mask Jr. (Dawn) and Thomas Da Mask (Vanessa); his grandchildren, Brandon Reum, Rhianna Magan᷉a, Weston Da Mask, Scott Da Mask, Jenna Da Mask, Ryan Da Mask, Brittany Da Mask, Michael Da Mask, Madeline Da Mask and Mackenzie Da Mask; and his brother Leo Da Mask II. He is also survived by his 19 great grandchildren.
