He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lewis and Marjorie Lewis; and his wife Karen Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Lewis (Marisha) and David Lewis; and his stepchildren, Elizabeth Surace (Greg), Eddie Finley (Laura) and Lisa Lucente (Sam).
