He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil R. Stetler and Juanita Stetler (Collins). He is survived by: his wife Rose Stetler of Mapleton; his children, Frank Stetler, Jr. (Lisa) of Hanna City, IL and Angela Caragher (BJ) of Mapleton, IL; his grandchildren, Nick and Bethany Stetler; his brother Virgil "Ray" Stetler Jr. (Marcy); and his brother-in-law James Lamb (Kathy).
