She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy A. Talley and Lola M. Talley (Webb). She is survived by: her siblings, Carol F. Ballard (Lee) of Williamsfield, Tom Talley (Cathy) of Manitoba, Canada and Tanya Perry (Dale) of Kingsfield, Missouri; and her brother-in-law Randy Phelps. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
