Thomas Edward Carr Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2025, at the age of 91, Thomas Edward Carr of Mapleton, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Carr and Mary Carr (Ryan); his wife Phyllis Heuermann; his children, Brad (Peggy), Scott (Gayle) and Jenny (Doug); and his grandchildren, Bryant, Bret, Nicole, Drew, Matt and Sara. He was also cherished by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (6614 W Smithville Rd, Peoria, IL 61607). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or St. John's Lutheran Church, Bartonville.
