He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Woosley and Leta Woosley (Martin); his wife Martha Ann Robley; and his son Danny Woosley. He is survived by: his children, Bill Woosley (Judy) of Peoria and Amy Kellerstrass (David) of Peoria; his daughter-in-law Pam Woosley of Mapleton; and his sister Carol Knight of Peoria. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Limestone High School - Vernon Woosley (4201 S Airport Rd, Bartonville, IL 61607). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel (1203 W Garfield Ave, Bartonville, IL 61607).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Rides or a charity of the donor's choice.
