It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald W. Ray of Maquon, Illinois, born in Farmington, Illinois, who passed away on June 11, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Waldo Ray and Mildred Ray (Van Hoose); and his siblings, Bertha "Pookie" Thomas, Alice "Dizzy" Parker and Waldo "Johnny" Ray.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his daughters, Stacey Walker (Clint) of Antioch and Sherry McCoy (Rod) of Maquon; his grandchildren, Allie (Cody) and Hannah (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Walker, Elsie, Paisley and Tenley; his brother-in-law Dennis Parker; Kaydance. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
