She is survived by: her children, Kathy Koehler, Kevin Koehler (Leslyn), Antonio Sanchez (Kristen) and Chad Sanchez; her grandchildren, Madison Koehler and Haisley Sanchez; and her nephews, Ronald Joseph and Brian Joseph.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
