She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Adin Slaughter and Bernice Slaughter (Harms); her husband Stephen H. Otis; her daughters, Elizabeth A Henning (Joseph) and Jennifer WL Hoeske (William); her grandchildren, Ryan Carr (Darcey), Stephanie Fanthorpe (Dave), J. Benjamin Henning, Trae Hoeske (Lauren), Jesse Henning (Sarah) and Lynsey Jacobs (Blake); her great grandchildren, Kerrigan Carr, June, Avett Fanthorpe, Jackson Henning, Jordan, Kat Brogdon and Baby Jacobs; her brother Kurt Slaughter (Jan); her sisters-in-law, Jeanne Schaefer (Jim), Midge Wagner and Charlene Slaughter; her pet Sparkle; her son Stephen J. Otis; and her brother A. Eugene Slaughter.
