It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George D. Hasselmann of Marengo, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 17, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George H. Hasselmann and Olivia Hasselmann (Armborst); and his wife Barbara Jones. He is survived by : his son George "Scott" Haselmann (Nena); and his grandchildren, George "Henry" Hasselmann and Alexia Gabrielle Hasselmann. He is also survived by many close friends and cousins.
