It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James T. Tarkowski of Marengo, Illinois, born in Evanston, Illinois, who passed away on January 25, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John and Frances; his siblings, Ron (late Anna) and Cindy Weiss (late Jay); his nieces, Donna Fix (David) and Carol Brannigan; and his great-niece Simone Brannigan.
