Katie Lou Kelly Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katie Lou Kelly of Marengo, Illinois, who passed away on November 20, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Katie is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Katie's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Peters and Nancy Peters (Porter). She is survived by: her daughter Caitlynn Kelly; her siblings, Kim Roberts (Doug), Kelly Woyach (Larry) and J. D. Peters (Carole); and her pet Sadie. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
