It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laurene H. Gehring of Marengo, Illinois, who passed away on December 19, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Dockter and Mary Dockter (Doubek); and her son-in-law Eric Bowman. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Gehring; her children, Michael Gehring (Linda), Suanne Bowman and Kurt Gehring (Jill); her grandchildren, Brad, Meghan Bowman, Jacob, Katie Gehring, Riley, Kyler and Logan Gehring; and her brother David "Sonny" Dockter.
