With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Beggs of Marengo, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on September 19, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hauffe and Agnes Hauffe (Cyman); her former husband Austin Tilton; and her daughter Renee Kokoszka. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Beggs; her children, Eileen Schultz (John), Lou Ann Lopez (Michael), Cynthia Schirmer (Jim Hammer), Laura Bultman (Mel) and Jami Tilton; her grandchildren, Sarah Sprow (Kevin), Stacy Skow (Nate), Allison Schirmer, David Schultz (Lisa), Daniel Schultz (Janelle), Scott Schirmer, Brad Yerk, Jacquelyn Silverman (Dakota Lewton), Jenifer Farber (Daren), Paula Thomas (Lamar), Caitlyn Peterson (Scott), Ian James and Michelle Bultmann; and her sisters, Barbara Drehobl and Jane Curry. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made in her name to the OSF St. Anthony Foundation, 5666 E. State Street, Rockford, IL 61107.
