It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Schoelkopf of Marengo, Illinois, who passed away on December 29, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Aardema and Hilda Aardema (Zuidema). She is survived by: her husband Rolf Schoelkopf; her children, Erika Morgan (Brian) of Crystal Lake, IL and Michael Schoelkopf of Marengo, IL; her grandchildren, Noah (Liv), Joshua and Amanda Morgan; her great grandchild Miles Morgan; and her brothers, Ronald and David Aardema.
