He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Mae Long; his wife Nelda Louise Long; his son David Allen Long; and his father Marshall Neil "Bosco" Long. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Eric J. Long (Andrea), Stephanie M. Sullivan (Andy) of Highland, IL and Joshua J. Long (Jennifer) of Casey, IL; and his great grandchildren, Evan Long, Emery Long, Cora Sullivan, William Sullivan, Brinley Long and Caroline Long Anticipated.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home - Highland (1501 9th St, Highland, IL 62249). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Great Grandchildren for education in the care of Stephanie Sullivan.
