He was predeceased by: his parents, David Kloepfer and Rosemary Kloepfer (Tinault); and his grandparents, Robert Kloepfer, John Henry "Jack" Tinault and Marion LaVerne Tinault.
He is survived by: his grandmother Janet Kloepfer of Grants Pass, OR; his sister Robin Carter (Joshua) of Marion, IL; his nephew Jaden Carter of Marion, IL; and his aunts and uncles, Bill Tinault, Marion Tinault, Pam and Rick Vischer. He is also survived by several cousins, and other extended family members and friends.
For those who prefer, the family suggests memorial contributions be directed to a college scholarship fund that will be established for his nephew, Jaden.
