He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Bellamy (Teal); his brother Greg Bellamy; and his brother-in-law David Schmidt. He is survived by: his father John Bellamy of Centralia; his daughter Brianna Bellamy (Daniel Riley); his sister Cindy Schmidt of Centralia; his niece Jessica Schmidt (Jeremiah) of Centralia; his nephew Michael Schmidt (Erin) of Ankeny; and his close friend Elizabeth Leckrone of Marion.
