He is survived by: his parents, Pennie Forney (Cummings) of Paducah and Christopher Acklin (Debbie) of Michigan; his caregiver David; his wife Heather Dawn Acklin (Eddleman) of Marion; his siblings, Amber Blake (Zane) of Karnak and Joshua Acklin of Montana; his parents-in-law, Renee Eddleman of Marion and Tom Eddleman (Kelly) of Perks; his sister-in-law Tiffany Jacquot (Vanessa) of Marion; his niece Danilynn Jacquot; and his pets, Akki and Kaya Janel.
