She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Masters and Cora Harbison Masters; her husband Jerry Lee Harnish Sr.; her siblings, Everett, Babe, Frank, Lonnie Masters, Connie Foster, Virginia Worley Gurnow and Barbara Legate; and her nephew Steven Worley.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy D. Schroeder (Jean), Jerry Lee Harnish Jr. (Kara) and Susan Whisler (Larry); her grandchildren, Jimmy D. Schroeder Jr. (Shannon), Jamie Haley (Patrick), Amber Harnish, Kori Jones (Zach), Kodi Harnish (Brittany), Alissa Goldhammer (Brandon) and Sydney Odum (Jared); her sister Carol Jean Hunt; and her sister-in-law Margaret Masters. She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Blue Funeral Home (1704 N Court St, Marion, IL 62959). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Freedom Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois.
