He is survived by: his wife Linda Farthing; his daughters, Kristin Sattayatam (Thadchai) of Bolingbrook, IL and Kara Baker (Aaron) of Prattville, AL; his grandchildren, Ava, Benjamin Sattayatam, Samuel and Zachary Baker; his siblings, Kathy Marlatt (Dick) of Danville, IL and Kenneth Ellis (Cindy) of Marion, IL.; his mother-in-law Sharon Farthing; his siblings-in-law, David Farthing and Julie Farthing; his niece Ashley Farthing; his nephew Aaron Farthing (Kalli); his great-niece Kaya Ray Farthing; and his nieces and nephews, Jeanne Campanella (Joe), Kay Gabby (Steven), Melissa Johnson (Paul), Melinda Harvel (Mike), Rebecca Hutson, Shawn Ellis and Kenny Ellis (Mari).
