He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrol Dugan and Sue Carol Dugan (Lape). He is survived by: his children, Brittney Hayes, Nathan Dugan and NiCole Dial; his grandchildren, Brielle, Hudson, Jameson, Peyten, Kinadee, Kloee, Job, Juliette and Rhanira; his fiancée Michelle Baxter; his siblings, Gail Dugan (Sandy), Tammy Carlson (John) and Kristy Arnold (Kenny); and his godson Brandon Carlson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the United Methodist Church. A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Marion VFW and dropped off at the funeral home or mailed to VFW 201 East Longstreet Road, Marion, Illinois 62959.
