She was predeceased by: her father John F. Kaeser; her stepdaughter Valerie Henshaw; her husband Sam; her grandchildren, Alexis and Brett Aikman; her mother Elsa Flora Kaeser (Weber); her brother Dr. John L. R.; and her sister-in-law Romelle Kaeser.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Vicki Hayes (Jeff), Vance Aikman (Marla) and Samuel Vick Aikman III (Janice); her daughter Donna Dare (Dennis) of Swansea, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Kira Fietsam (James) of Marion, Erin Diederich (Ryan) of Edwardsville, Christopher Henshaw of Marion, Tyler Aikman (Kaylan) of Francisco, Devin Aikman (Lori) of Cocoa and Catie Brannon (Ryder) of Oblong, Illinois.; and her great grandchildren, Sophie, Sadie Fietsam of Marion, Henry, Vivian Diederich of Edwardsville, Zoey, Ava Aikman of Francisco, Waylon, Adeline, Caleb Aikman of Cocoa, Amara and Wrynn Brannon of Oblong, Illinois.. She is also survived by many other family members and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Zion United Church of Christ (930 W Cherry St, Marion, IL 62959). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
