He was predeceased by: his parents, Evald Leonard and Marjorie Jane Johnson (Olsen); his sister Holly; and his brother-in-law Stanley Crites. He is survived by: his aunt Jean Johnson of St. Charles, IL; his niece Betsy Simmons (Tim) of Marion, IL; and his nephews, Jeff Crites (Diana) of DeKalb, TX, Gary Crites (Sheila) of Herrin, IL, Kirby Crites of Harrisburg, IL and Tony Crites (Heather) of College Station, TX. He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, other extended family members and friends.
