It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ewell Dean Watts of Marion, Illinois, who passed away on November 10, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Watts and Fronie Watts; his wife Norma Watts (Owens) of July; his siblings, Herbert (Bernice), Lotha (Bobby), Samantha and Elzina; his stepchildren, Larry and Sandra; and his stepgranddaughter Jennifer.
He is survived by: his stepson Bill Maddox; his stepdaughter-in-law Patricia L. Maddox (Larry); and his stepgranddaughters, Sherri, Donna and Felecia. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
