He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Harvey and Elva Sloan Harvey; his wife Hazel Tripp; and his brothers, Irvin Harvey (Kathryn) and Jim Harvey (Dorothy).
He is survived by: his son Michael Harvey (Arlene) of Hoffman Estates; his granddaughters, Kristen Newby (Brian) of Hoffman Estates and Jessica Dietrich of Palatine, IL; and his great grandchildren, Bernadette and Michael. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Crain Funeral Home - Egyptian Chapel (3208 S Park Ave, Energy, IL 62933).
