Fredric L. Baker Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fredric L. Baker of Marion, Illinois, born in Carbondale, Illinois, who passed away on February 28, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kimmel Fredric and Afton Lee Baker (Robertson); and his siblings-in-law, John and Regina Heyde. He is survived by: his wife Dianna Heyde Baker; his children, Mark Clendenin, Brandon Baker (Katie), John Baker, Kimberly Schultz (Kent) and Timothy Robertson (Terri); his grandchildren, Austin Baker, Adeline Clendenin, Dylan Clendenin, Ashley Robertson (Devin), Whitney Meade (Doug) and Colten Schultz (Courtney); his great grandchildren, Gunner Meade, Cache Meade and Tanner Schultz; and his siblings-in-law, Liz, Dennis Dunn, Charles and Linda Heyde. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests with gratitude that memorial donations be directed to Grange Hall Freewill Baptist Church in his memory.
