He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pudlas and Gertrude Pudlas (Orth); his sister Donna; his brother-in-law Eldon Hundertmark; and his brothers, Paul (Carol Pudlas) and James (Karen Pudlas).
He is survived by: his daughter Jalayne; his son-in-law Erik Luckett of Lake; his brother Jack Pudlas of Forreston, IL; and his sister-in-law Agatha Pudlas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
