He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harvey and Garnett Cottle (McGinnis); his wife Beatrice Sharpton; his daughter Debbie Cottle; and his siblings, Opal Dorsey (Jake), Ruth Taylor, Violet Castle, Fern Clapp (Roy) and William "Sonny" Cottle, Jr. (Myrtle).
He is survived by: his son Jim Cottle (Kerri) of Benton; his grandchildren, Brad Cottle of Benton and Bethany Cottle of Benton; and his great grandchild Braxton Cottle. He is also survived by Nieces & Nephews.
