He is survived by: his mother Linda Martin of Dexter, KY; his children, Kade Cullop of Hardin, KY, Shaylee Cullop of Murray and Alexandria Cullop of Murray; his siblings, Billy Cullop (Lee) of Murray and Kim Douglas (Bill) of Paducah, KY; and his grandson Silas Mize. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
