He is survived by: his wife Mildred Ann Hulse; his sons, John Spencer Goolsby and Adam Wayne Goolsby; his stepdaughters, Angela Michelle Combs and Dana Adelle Combs; his grandson Jacob Michael Perez; and his siblings, Joseph Armstead Hulse, Jr., James Howard Hulse and Barbara Ann Wolford.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Deaton Funeral Home (15 Deaton Ln, Jackson, KY 41339). A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at the same location.
