He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dean (Johnny) and Doris Wade. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his children, Jonathon, Cody, Nicole Wade of Marion and Samantha Pulley (Elijah) of Creal Springs; his siblings, Kim Morse (Jarrod) of Marion, Paula Reach (Gordon) of Marion, Tim Hanks (Nova) of Bucyrus Kansas, Jeff Hanks (Francesca) of Carlisle, Tammy Sullivan (Greg) of Marion, Debbie Whitworth (Kirby) of Lucedale, Rick Wade (Beth) of Marion, Sherry Hatton (Larry) of Opdyke Illinois and Steve Wade of Creal Springs; and his grandchildren, Parker and Henry Pulley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted for John's children Jonathon, Cody, and Nicole for future education and support.
