He is survived by: his brother Ezra Lee "Bucky" Miller, Jr. (Kathy) of Christopher, IL; his stepson Scottie Lee Mayfield of Marion, IL; and his close friend Denise Ponce of St. Charles, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family members and many friends.
