He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lloyd and Imogene Lucille Hurt (Robinson); his brother Lloyd Lee Hurt (Michael Payne); and his brother-in-law Wayne Caplinger. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Hurt (Phillips) of Marion; his children, Jennifer Levin (Dave) of O'Fallon and David Hurt (Betheny) of Thompsonville; his grandchildren, Jamie Hurt, Jake Levin, Conner Levin, Zach Levin, Abbygayle Hurt, Braxton Hurt and Lauren Hurt; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Caplinger of Johnston City, Anita Binns (Jon) of Marion and Rhonda Hurt of Washougal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with a large extended family.
