She was predeceased by: her parents, George Schafale and Martha Schafale; her brother Charles Michael Schafale; and her grandson Hunter Holmes Melvin Lincoln. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Lynn" Holmes; and her sister Sonja Sue Schafale Ortlieb.
