He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Gottlieb and Reba Reese (Herring); his wife Joy Sarah May Mann; and his siblings, Sue Goodwin, Pauline Reese, Paul Reese and Bobby Reese.
He is survived by: his daughters, Doris D. Ward (Jon) of Marion, Donna L. Hill of Marion and Lisa K. Cobb (Van) of Marion; his grandchildren, V. Ryann Dixon of Marion, J. Adam Ward (Elizabeth) of Carterville, IL, Douglas Hill, Ross Hill of Crab Orchard, IL, Logan Cobb (Lindsey) of Thompsonville, IL, Sarah Robertson (Adam) of Marion and Emiline Anderson (James) of Marion; and his great grandchildren, Trinity, Eternity, Zane Dixon, Landon, Arissa Ward, Tyler, Zachary Hill, Jaycee Hill, Jeremiah, Mia, Uriah Robertson and Emery Anderson. He is also survived by other extended family and many friends.
