Marilyn Jean Webb Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marilyn Jean Webb of Marion, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 4, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Harris and Edna James; her husband Chuck Webb; her son Jay Merchant; and her sister Maxine Ney.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kelsey Rood (Corey), Lance Merchant (Maranda) and Andrea Merchant; her great grandchildren, Amelia Rood, Briley Merchant and Brynna Merchant; her stepdaughter Mary Webb; and her niece Sharon Earls.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Egypt Christian Church (12102 Malibu Ln, Marion, IL 62959). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lake of Egypt Christian Church.
