He is survived by: his wife Eileen Boyt of Marion; his sons, Patrick Daniel Boyt of Marion, Lucas Boyt of Marion and Garrett Boyt (Tanisha) of Johnston City; his granddaughters, Elizabeth Boyt of Johnston City and Chloe Boyt of Johnston City; his brothers, Greg Boyt (Jackie) and Alan Boyt; and his stepbrothers, Mark Boyt (Marsha), David Boyt and Chris Boyt (Yolanda). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
