He was predeceased by: his parents, Benton Lee and Cleo Wade (Allen); his grandson Austin Wade; and his siblings, Kelley Gay, Sylvia Lane, Vivian Darlene Flowers and Priscilla Fulton.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Wade; his sons, Ralph Mitchell Wade Jr. (Diane) and Tommy Wade; his siblings, Roger Wade (Sandra), Faye Dodson (Dave), Sharon Farmer (Don) and Ann Dogget; his grandchildren, Ryne Wade (Jamie), Brandon Wade (Danielle) and Taylor Wade; and his great grandchildren, Ethan Clark, Kinsley Hubbard and Damien Kelley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
