He was predeceased by: his father James Leroy. He is survived by: his mother Verna Jean DePauw (Lawrence) of Marion, IL; his daughter Amanda Duke (Kody Reichert) of Olmsted, IL; his grandchildren, Baylee Webb of Grand Tower, IL, Trey Vaughn (Skye) of Vienna, IL, Kaden Vaughn of Vienna, IL and Ella Duke of Olmsted, IL; his great grandchild Kamden Webb; and his siblings, Jamie Rickert (Kirk) of Lake, Kerry Crain (Mike) of Leesburg, FL, Julie Rankin (Brad) of Mt. Vernon, IL and Todd DePauw (Tena) of Johnston City, IL. He is also survived by several other extended family members and many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Wilson-McReynolds Funeral Home (900 N Court St, Marion, IL 62959). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be directed to "Hospice of Southern Illinois.".
