She is survived by: her husband Thomas Poole of Marion, Illinois; her children, Robert Knutson (Julie) of Woodlawn, Illinois and Robin Norman (Blake) of Marion; her grandchildren, Tyler Knutson (Felicia) of Chicago and Taylor Norman of Marion; her siblings-in-law, Steve Poole and Carol Poole of Eldorado; and her sibling's children, Amanda Welsh (Michael) of Lenexa, Aaron Poole (Leah) of Eldorado, Michael McCombs of Port Charlotte and Chris McCombs (Debbie) of Johnston, Iowa..
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blue Funeral Home (1704 N Court St, Marion, IL 62959). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial donations be made in Ruth Ann's name to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org) or Hospice of Southern Illinois.
