She was predeceased by: her parents, John William and Julia Arbeiter (Brandes); her husband James H. Kunce; and her siblings, Adelle Garner, Lois Gardiner, Doris Asbury and Russell Arbeiter.

She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Hayden Gardiner of Marion, IL, Diane Gardiner of Carterville, IL, Kimberlea Trotter (Samuel J.) of Rogersville, AL, Dennis Arbeiter (Linda) of Godfrey, IL, Brenda Appel of Columbia, IL, Julie Arbeiter of Waterloo, IL and Mary Beth Shaffer (Asbury) of Philadelphia, PA. She is also survived by great nieces and great nephews and other extended family and friends.
