She is survived by: her children, Wayne Maynard, Leslie Ann Heath (David), Alan Maynard and Alicia Dixon (Clark); her grandchildren, Amanda Spade, Kristina Berg (Clint Kuhns), Serena Heath (Brandon Joyce), Allison Boner (Phil), Sara Dixon and Cameron Maynard; her great grandchildren, Douglas Bain, Steven Bain, Stephen Spade, Alainna Jo Tate, Julia Clare Boner and Brenna Berg; her great great grandchild Theodore Bain; and her siblings, Sue Cortright (Tom), Philip Walker (Cindy) and Danny Walker. She is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
