She was predeceased by: her parents, J. W. Jenkins and Nina Jenkins. She is survived by: her husband Eddie Dale Billingsley; her brother Randy Jenkins (Diana) of Goreville; her sister-in-law Paula Atwood (Charles) of Vienna; her nephews, Curtis Jenkins and Caleb Atwood (Melissa); and her niece Lauren Reeder (Caleb). She is also survived by 5 grandsons, 3 granddaughters, and one great grandson.
In lieu of flowers which may or may not meet Sheila's standards, memorial contributions can be made to Spillertown Baptist Church and will be accepted during services or mailed to McCluskie Funeral Home/ 501 S. 12th/ Herrin, IL 62948.
