She was predeceased by: her siblings, Tammy Parks, Lance Parks and Theodore "Alan" Parks; her stepfather Ron Martin; and her parents-in-law, Gene and Geri Bloodworth.

She is survived by: her father Theodore J. Parks; her husband David Bloodworth; her son Joshua Bloodworth; her mother Yvonne Martin (Draper); her sister-in-law Shawnna Parks; and her nephew Bryce Alan Parks. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, other extended family members, and many treasured friends.

Because it was Teresa's heart to serve others, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be directed to a charity of the donor's choice that serves the less fortunate of your community.
