He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sr. Neill and Mary Neill (Murphy); his wife Christine Ann Neill (Wisniewski); his granddaughter Angel Cagle; his siblings' children, Taylor Neill and Phillip McIntosh Jr.; and his siblings, Catherine McIntosh and William Neill.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Noble Neill Jr., Lisa Marie Cagle, Theresa Ann Neill and Joseph Edward Neill; his grandchildren, Gracie Shell, MaKyla Neill, Marley Neill, Lyric Neill, Thomas Cagle Jr., Kaitlynn Cagle, Harley Cagle, Ashanti Neill, Shylynn Serna, Brandon Marks, Caden Marks, Faith Foster, Jacob Neill and Jordyn Hudspeth; and his siblings, Maria Thomas, George Neill Jr. (Roberta) and Michael Neill (Melissa). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Blue Funeral Home (1704 N Court St, Marion, IL 62959). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Binkley Ross Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses or to the SIH Cancer Institute.
